Miss Harvest Homecoming Teen:  Sadi Pennington

NEW ALBANY — Madeline Fisher, daughter of Crit and Sharon Fisher, was crowned Miss Harvest Homecoming and Sadi Pennington, daughter of Seth and Amy Pennington, was crowned Miss Harvest Homecoming’s Teen on Saturday night as the 2024 Harvest Homecoming got underway.

The program was at the Indiana University Southeast Stem Concert Hall under the direction of Marie Fulkerson and Quinn Porter.

After fabulous performances by all contestants, princesses, and a special appearance from Miss Indiana 2024, Kalyn Melham, two new young women joined the Harvest family!

Madeline Fisher and Sadi Pennington will reign over the festival and all festivities Oct. 5-13. They will also compete for the titles of Miss Indiana and Miss Indiana’s Teen next June.

Catherine Sellmer, the daughter of Jim and Katie Sellmer, and Whitney Wells, the daughter of Chris and Krista Wells, assisted the homecoming committee throughout the evening and crowned the newest members of the Harvest Homecoming family.

• Dahlia Saling, daughter of Roy and Heidi Saling

Others competing for Miss Harvest Homecoming were:

• Ella Raheems, daughter of Mark and Jennifer Raheems

The princesses of Harvest Homecoming, ages three to 12 years, were recognized at the event Saturday and will be honored at special events during Harvest Homecoming.
