Harvest Homecoming Booths
Our Purpose:
To provide a safe, vibrant community platform that empowers small businesses, non-profits, and civic organizations in New Albany and surrounding areas to promote their causes, shops, and fundraise in a family-friendly environment, fostering community spirit and celebrating our city's unique character.

2025 Official Booth Days & Schedule
All booths are required to be open during all operating hours. Vendors must be present for inspections on Thursday morning.
Booth Setup | Wednesday, October 8: Starts at 6pm
Booth Inspections | Thursday, October 9: 9am - Noon
Booth Operating Hours
Thursday, October 9: Noon - 9 pm
Friday, October 10: 9 am - 9 pm
Saturday, October 11 : 9 am - 9 pm
Sunday, October 12: Noon - 5 pm*

*Optional Inclusion Hour from 11am - Noon - We invite our vendors to participate in our Inclusion Hour from 11:00am - 12:00pm on Sunday, October 12th. Inclusion Hour invites our patrons who have an aversion to crowds or mobility concerns to enjoy our booths during a more quiet, less crowded time. This is an optional activity for Booth Operators and is not required.

Pet Policy
There are NO pets allowed in the Harvest Homecoming Booth areas. All patrons with pets will be asked to leave the booth area. Service animals will be permitted. Emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals are not service animals and will not be permitted.
